Ok, ok.. I just couldn't shut up here. Brent is entirely correct. But here is
my two cents:
If flying with your different hand was so difficult then why do flight
instructors "get it' in about two or three hours? Train to it. Its not that
diificult and will take less time to perfect than building a duplicate set of
throttles.
If you think that flying with the "usual" hand instead of the "other" hand is
so critical to flight safety (saving a milliseceond or two) then you are
probably up to your ass in alligators already and it will take both hands to
bail yourself out.
