Add one to the list.
We used the back side of FRP board from Eagle/Lowe's for about $30 for a
4x8 sheet.  Worked great for one IVP and is still very useable.  Cleans
up with acetone just fine.  Cookie cutters seemed to do just fine,
getting little nicks before becoming dull.  

FRP is what you see in most restrooms of restaurants.  The marbled side
is out and often painted.  It is tough stuff.  Cuts with a saw.
