Thanks for all the suggestions.

I think I'm going to start with the plastics company since it's fairly
close to home and it will improve my comfort level to know that the
surface will be the same material as we used in the Lancair workshop.
Of course, I don't have a price yet so that could change.
At least I now have several options.
