As I recall the complete kit, including boost pump, cost about $2,600 including a recalibration of the injector for the 340 engine. I didn't have any problem installing the kit and it ran fine at the first start. Ken at Ly-Con does a number of conversions for 320's and 360's since a number of RV guys buy a new "O" engine for $5k less than the "IO" and get Ly_Con to balance, flow and convert the engine for a lower price than the initial "IO" engine.
