According to the FAA there are 24 registe4red. About half are still in the
process of registration finalized yet (see missing dates). We have two of
them here in Houston, own owned by the hangar next to me, Lon Kelley. Its a
great plane. I would trade if for my 320.

When I was wrapping up my ES order last July, I asked that question. As of
July 2001, Lancair aircraft had sold about 170 Lancair ES kits since they
first started taking orders in 1995, and by then there were about 40
completed and flying. I know there have been more kits sold since then, some
of them have contacted me. I am not aware of specific ES first flights
since, but I would guess they may have been a few.
