Still waiting on the conversion kit, and wondering what to build next. My thoughts on the fuel issue are tip tanks . I have two tear drop tanks of 14 gal. cap. and wondering what to do next. Any input would be appreciated. I have been flying a Glasair III for years with no range problem. Bath room stops are needed more than fuel. From Texas, Orlando is a non-stop. Only fighter pilots think that the only time that you have too much fuel is when you are on fire! Real pilots rely on accurate fuel gages, fuel flow and a good watch! <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<--->>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> << Lancair Builders' Mail List >> <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<--->>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >> Reposted for: Clark Still I'm 990 hrs into a LIVP and just signed up for the turbine conversion. < >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> LML website: http://members.olsusa.com/mkaye/maillist.html LML Builders' Bookstore: http://www.buildersbooks.com/lancair Please remember that purchases from the Builders' Bookstore assist with the management of the LML.
