Very willing to participate, although we also all must admit that this is an
insurance paranoiac time right now given the September events and the
recognition by Avemco and others that high performance experimentals do
equate to risk.  Calculated activities to reduce those risks are needed, and
such organization on our part is the only way to go about it.  Agreed.  Next
