Last summer I went into Teterboro and parked at Jet Aviation.  The tie
down and/or landing fee were waived by refueling.  I think the minimum
refueling is $50 or so, but check with them before you go.

They gave me a ride to the nearest bus stop, which is 30-40 minutes from
the Port Authority Bus terminal.  Coming back, I called from the bus
stop, and they came and picked me up.

Very nice service.
