All,

I called Avemco today to get a quote on insuring my Legacy. I meet their requirements in total time, ratings and categories, but hey repeatedly told me they are NOT underwriting Lancairs no matter the flying experience. This is distressing as I have paid for my kit and begin the workshop in six weeks. I am asking for any assistance in finding a company that will write a policy. It's disturbing a company as large as Avemco, say whatever you want, will refuse a type even considering the pilots experience.

What now?
