Need a quick diagnosis.  I was flying around in my Glasair today when all of a sudden I noticed the alternator clicking on and off-line like a turn signal.  It finally went all the way offline.  I then flew it to the local A&P's who helped me replace the alternator.  I fired it up and all seemed well.  As soon as I took off ( and they were closing down and had left) it did it again immediately.  Is this the voltage regulator that needs to be replaced?  Is it getting hot and doing something funky?  Never had this problem before, and would like to get it rectified asap.  Thanks.
