   Just to offer another opinion, I just finished installing and debgging my
panel and we're putting the top on with it in place, as it was done on two
IV-P's built in the same builder assist shop I'm using.  Mine is an ES and I
don't believe I have any access issues to deal with once the top's on, so it
should be even easier (famous last words).
   The thought of reinstalling my panel with the top on gives me the shakes!
