Gary Hunter (the Shell Chemical "Answer Man" for Epoxy Resins for 25 years), says "preferably 70-80F - absolutely nothing below 65F." "Temperature effects: Viscosity - which effects: Wet out - which effects: Resin/glass ratio - which effects: Part weight and strength." Paraphraseing, low temp can halt the curing reaction (which may or may not restart when temp is elevated, even to post cure temps) and "typically produces brittle laminates with poor peel and bond strengths." This information is for all epoxies used by homebuilders. Gary Hunter has held a forum at Oshkosh the past few years, I pulled this information from a handout at one of those forums.
