Welcome to the 2nd Annual Dogwood 100 Race!!! As Bill 'Stuka' Harrelson mentioned on his post, we are once again going to hold the Dogwood 100 race this year, especially since we had so much fun last year! As with last year's race, there will be two race classes, the L-320 class and the L-360 class. If enough L-IV pilots (at least 3) express an interest in entering a Lancair IV class race, I would be more than happy add a L-IV class to this year's heat (c'mon L-IV pilots, how about it?). Awards will be given to the Champion and First runner-up of each class (sorry about Bill's typo on the car prize...). The race will be over a triangular course, about 85 to 90 nautical miles in length. More details to follow. As for now, I'd like to know who will be racing or just thinking of racing. Please drop me a short note. BTW, any comments and suggestions to improve our race are most welcome. Thanks, Rick 'Grease Lightning' Argente PS I also need race official volunteers, digital stop watches, and GPS receivers with course line tracking (i.e. Gramin 195GPSMAP). >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> LML website: http://www.olsusa.com/mkaye/maillist.html LML Builders' Bookstore: http://www.buildersbooks.com/lancair Please send your photos and drawings to marvkaye@olsusa.com. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
