One possible cause for the hinge cracks seen on virtually every iv-p that
I've seen may also be the door latching which because of the tight latching
on the iv-p  doors may very likely stretch the skin every time the door is
latched.  I recently inspected the interior side of the latches by removing
the overhead panel and I couldn't see evidence that the cracks are full
thickness.  I think they are in the paint and body work.  john wright iv-p
