People flying ES's

I am about to mount my horizontal stabilizer on the ES. I have noticed on
the forum there are IV's, 320's and 360's that have an angle of incidence
questions. Is there anyone flying an ES that has noticed an elevator
deflection when flying level with ~ center CG? The manual specifies a 2
degree incidence between the horizontal stabilizer and the wings. Is this
about right?
