Marty,
    I am approaching 6,000 hours, but it's my first kit and I fought with
the door. The FB door should cut almost 1,000 hours. The learning curve on
the A/C is steep, and since you have built a IV, you are already past the
learning curve. It should take you far less.
    Also, if you haven't discovered ClickBond hardware, do so. It will save
many hours of building.
