A Lancair I am considering buying claims 205HP.  Is this a hopped up engine that might be unreliable?  The plane is in NY.  Has a nice custom paint job and interior.  I've played phone tag with the guy a couple of times but so far have been unable to reach him.  Speaking of buying a Lancair, is Mike DeHate still around?  I was going to contact him about doing a pre purchase check out, etc. Also, what kind of performance difference and price difference should I expect from a plane with a 320 vs a 360?  Thanks in advance.
