So, 210 degrees is the starting point and the temps go up from

there until the oil finally reaches the cooler again.  Is anyone measuring the

oil temp leaving the engine?

I used to measure temps of both coolant and oil before and after the coolers and found that I was getting 36F delta T on the coolant and 9F delta T on the oil. I was measuring oil temps at the stock oil filter location (where I put an adapter block) which is after the filter & cooler, and in the sump. So the oil temps in the engine are not out of a safe operating range.
I currently don't measure the sump oil temps, only because the EM2 only came with 2 temp sensors and my old ones are not compatible. I need to order 2 more VDO sensors as I'd like to keep an eye on these as they do give extra info. Such as the delta T on my coolant dropped after I had some hail damage to the fins making them less efficient (even after straightening)(plan to replace them before flying to Florida)
Does anybody on the list have the part # for the EM2 VDO temp sensors?
