I made another flight today after making  3 changes to the cooling system.
I was disappointed to see that the temperatures were maybe marginally
better.  I say that because it was hotter today than my previous benchmark
by about 10 degrees F.  My coolant rose to about 210 in the climb and then
stabilized at about 195 F at a cruise with about 55% power.  The oil rose to
220 F  ant about 215 in cruise.

My three changes were : 1 - move engine intake air to scoop with intercooler
instead of drawing from cooling plenum.  2 - added water wetter and 3 -
added 3 curved flow diverters in the cooling plenum to help the air make the
flow up through the radiator.

The last change that I have is an augmentation to the scoop which will get
it out of the boundary layer (hopefully), at the expense of higher drag.  I
am making the scoop augmentation removable, so I can remove it during colder
weather when I hope that I won't need it.
