Dale,
The p/n 12126487 consists of one male connector, with pigtails installed. I would have preferred it to have the bare connector with pins only and not have to splice the pigtails to my harness. But at that point I was so glad to have a usable part that I went with splices. (long story)

I checked GM Parts Direct [ http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/ ]
for several of the parts mentioned recently,
Mark Steitle <msteitle@mail.utexas.edu> recommended
The GM p/n for the coil is 12558693 (GMPD: $ 23.92)
The GM p/n for the connector is 12126487 (GMPD: $ 20.04)
Chris Sargent <rv7rotary@knology.net> suggested:
12569111 "Wire" (Harness - 4 coils) $ 40.85
The 12569111 harness, as noted, serves 4 coils, enough for a
complete 13B installation.
What I'd like to know is what does one get in the 12126487
"connector"? It also appears to be a wiring harness, but how
many coils does it serve? One? And *which* coil works with the
#12569111 harness? Both?
