Rusty,
If you are using the pulsation damper, please do some research on these.  My research shows that they VERY ofter leak (GASOLINE!!!) and are not really needed.  I don't think Tracy or ED use this item (right Guys???).

Thanks,
Ken Powell

I'm still interested to have a look. Mine is actually pretty good, built from a combo of the 2 stock injector rails, but for some reason I just don't really like it and would like to change it. I just can't make up my mind on how?

Sorry, but no pics today.  The very first thing I needed to assemble didn't fit.  I previously tested my old primary fuel rail, and found that it would fit under the intake runners.  The only problem was that one of the hose connections pointed straight at the runner.  I also had the aluminum fuel rail that I got from Kelly, and it had banjo style fittings that could be rotated.  I figured it would be no problem making this work.  Unfortunately, it's also shorter than the steel rail that I test fitted, so the pulsation dampener hits the intake runner.  The fix was to take it home, drill, and re-tap the holes in the ends for AN-6 fittings.  I added some TC (I mean JB) Weld to make sure it sealed well, and I'll have to start again tomorrow.  I was also short a few sizes of bolts, which I picked up.  Tomorrow should be more productive.
