Since you weren't offering pics, I thought it might be something to with appearances :-). Actually I'm wondering if you used any of that extruded fuel rail or if it is a design of your own creation. I'd had plans to change my rail and Dave sent me his old rails to work with, but now I've changed my mind again. I do have an idea that would use a piece of the extruded rail. Someone on the list had a piece to sell, so I'm thinking about it. Maybe I'll just collect fuel rails. Seems that everybody is collecting something:-) When are you expecting to be back in the air? I have my parts now and will reassemble tonight. If it goes well then tomorrow I'll try to get it out to the airport and reinstall, then taxi test on Sunday. One hold-up is my panel. I removed it last week to redo it yet again, this time instead of having flight inst on the left side and engine inst on the right, I'm going to cram everything onto the left side where it is right in front of me. The right side will be empty for now, but I have a future project in mind for this. I'm was expecting shipment of a new Microair xponder & X-com radio for which I already have the new panel ready for, but they are both still on back order. So I have to figure out what I want to do with this. So maybe next weekend if all goes well. (Airbike, but not the Jetson model) You sent a link to your model once before but I don't remember what it looks like. Can you send it again? After looking at the Jetson version (really cool... if it ever works), I'm curious again about yours. Hold your moosehead, hockey boy :-) Caution; Off topic comment .... Since you've brought up hockey. With all the Florida residents on the list there must be some Tampa Bay Lightning fans amongst you? They have a pretty good team and play an entertaining style of hockey and this looks like it will be the best Stanley Cup final in many years... But Calgary Flames will still kick their a** :-) S.
