Give Dave Atkins a call. I think the reduction issue is worked out. As far
as the wankel is concerned i could give you alot of information but only via
telephone. you could ask the representives to research the information i will
give you...
FYI When we were in Florida we finish up an airboat conversion
that has gone quite well with a hearty belt drive.. In should have a write up in
theJuly issue of rxTuner Mag.

I called the
shop, and found that you and Dave were both gone for a week or
so. If I recall correctly, you were working on a single rotor based on
Mazda parts, and in fact, I even saw one of your engines sitting on a
shelf. I bought a project from a guy who was in
the running to build your belt drive, and happened to see it sitting in his
shop. Anyway, if I could make a single rotor Mazda engine work, I
would do it in a heartbeat, but it's just too heavy, and too powerful. If
you know of a smaller engine along the lines of 100 lb and 50 hp, let me
know.
