I guess I could machine a new adapter plate (probably would have to be 1" thick) that would preserve the original routes: hose to outside of filter and to hole in engine block that goes to secondary regulator. Then a passage from the center of oil filter base to engine block hole closest to top of engine. Not sure if even possible because I'd like the passages to be at least 10mm.
