Anyhow, came across Lynn's remark that takes two 20 minute sessions to get all air out. Also a Mazda procedure of running at 2,000 then 3,000 RPM, but warning to watch for rising temps. In my simple installation the 5/16" outlet on top of the engine goes to my reservoir. I installed a 1/16" restrictor there to prevent excessive flow from that engine high pressure point to the reservoir, somewhat bypassing radiators. Perhaps too much of a restriction making it take too long to get all air out. Or need to make restriction removable. Perhaps I should go fly again with multiple high/low power periods to make sure all air is out to get proper readings before I switch the hoses back. 1. Fill as best as possible, then use aircompressor to take it to operating pressure while cold

2. Run engine up to operating temperature, using highest revs possible on ground when warm

3. While hot, bleed air pressure from system, when cool, replenish reservoir

4. Repeat at least once, then go fly, and check after flight to replenish.
