Neil,

I haven't flown the plane since Oct, hoping to head back to the States in
two weeks.
*Fingers crossed*. But in Oct, flying the plane around the exhaust noise is
a non-issue. I can talk to my passenger, and hear the radios. I like the
CAN centerforce design. I want to add some back pressure sensors though,
measure the CAN vs exhaust. Any idea what is too much for a rotary ?

With the slip joint bellow, the outside 321ss cracked at the
according folds. The new one will be 625 inconel folds. Guessing too much
vibration. How has everyone else run their exhaust under the plane? Do you
put in any slip joints, or 1 big long connection. The bellow actually
turned out where the orange pipe is. I'm wondering if I should put it in a
different place now.. Can't attach pictures here, check out the link to
