I don't know what your antenna spects are, and this is just a gut feeling, but I suggest you do not mount the GPS antenna under the cowling due to the higher temperatures.

routed separately because they generate noise that could be induced into
any adjacent wires.

Would it make sense to run them shielded?

I may be installing a GPS antenna under the cowling.
