Finn,

             What PVC pipe are you talking  about?  What have I missed?  
Looking to weld with high temp, multi metal Procus rods. stand up to 
1050 degrees C..    Stainless steel 45 degrees cast elbow  approx $20.   
That will be the mount for the turbo. Inconel is simply high temp  temp 
resistance, better than 321 stainless etc.  All the monels are the same.
