I've marked on the photos the dimensions I am
interested in. I recognized that the throttle body side of the manifold is
at an angle, so it you would give me the measurement from the center rear
mounting bolt hole from both holes (as they will undoubtedly be different (or
were before they were machined {:>)) for that one.

Ed. You caught me just before departure. I'll measure these as
best I can. Unfortunately, I can only give you a measurement to where I
machined the TB side of the intake, which is the same for
both runners. The original TB flange was angled, and
I don't have any notes of the original height. I actually machined
mine down further than what is in the picture, when I realized that it wouldn't
fit.
