Re: [FlyRotary] Pin Hole Coolant Leak
Today I discovered several pin-hole leaks in my cooling system (one drop every several minutes).  They are coming from a weld on the water pump housing.

Please tell me someone knows a good way to seal such leaks.  A re-weld would probably require removing the entire engine  :<

I also made the first attempted start today.  Turns out I have no spark...   Guess I won`t be the first to go down that road.  I connected the signal from the CAS in parallel with the engine monitor.  That connection will be the first to go.

Go to a radiator shop and get a hot melt epoxy stick, its made by Johnson MFG in Princeton Iowa.

This is great stuff and I keep one in the tool kit in my plane, its also works great to seal up radiators in those tight places where you just cant get a weld into without melting a tube.
