Subject: [FlyRotary] Pin Hole Coolant Leak
Today I discovered several pin-hole leaks in my cooling system (one drop
every several minutes). They are coming from a weld on the water pump
housing.
Please tell me someone knows a good way to seal such leaks. A re-weld would
probably require removing the entire engine :<
I also made the first attempted start today. Turns out I have no spark...
Guess I won`t be the first to go down that road. I connected the signal
from the CAS in parallel with the engine monitor. That connection will be
the first to go.

Dave, you might try JB Weld. Brush and otherwise clean aluminum around area
of leaks (acetone or similar), mix up some JB Weld (its flows in to cracks
and holes fairly good) and apply. I use it to seal air leaks in aluminum
tubing with good results.
