Hi Dave,

You could try Loctite 290. It is a penetrating thread locker / weld sealant. I used it on a well pump  casting and it worked very well. Good stuff

I also made the first attempted start today.  Turns out I have no spark...   Guess I won`t be the first to go down that road.  I connected the signal from the CAS in parallel with the engine monitor.  That connection will be the first to go.
