His test was 'interesting', but if Tracy, Ed, & probably others are
getting unburned 2stroke oil scavenged from the combustion chamber into
their crankcases, I gotta ask if his test has any significance in this
application.

I have used a mix of MMO and 2 cycle oil for a short period. Then after
some research decided that "Marine" type 2 stroke oil was ideal for the
rotary and much cheaper than the MMO and 2 cycle oil I had been using. I
use 1 oz/gallon and end up after about 10 hours of flying draining approx
1/2 -1 cup of oil from the sump. Pennzoil makes the brand of 2 cycle marine
oil sold by Wall-Mart and it is the most reasonably priced I have found.
