What do you guys that are flying think? Charlie I have used a mix of MMO and 2 cycle oil for a short period. Then after some research decided that "Marine" type 2 stroke oil was ideal for the rotary and much cheaper than the MMO and 2 cycle oil I had been using. I use 1 oz/gallon and end up after about 10 hours of flying draining approx 1/2 -1 cup of oil from the sump. Pennzoil makes the brand of 2 cycle marine oil sold by Wall-Mart and it is the most reasonably priced I have found. Ed Ed Anderson RV-6A N494BW Rotary Powered Matthews, NC
