Good point, David.... I was trying to use an aluminum fitting because the
casting is aluminum, and the female AN swivel hose fitting is aluminum, so I
was trying to avoid using dissimilar metals to prevent corrosion, etc. Paul

It is my understanding, from reading the "lists" and articles in Kitplanes
&
Sport Aviation, that steel fittings are preferred over aluminum - that
aluminum can actually be considered a safety hazard.
