I lose elevator control just at the stall = which allows the sportsman to bounce beautifully unless you are within 2 = inches of the ground. I assumed that after 50 years of flying dementia = had set in and I just lost the art of landing. Then by chance I was = talking to another bloke who mentioned that he knew another bloke with a = sportsman who has the same problem. Rang the gent who assured that from = his research all sportsmans are the same, which of course the factory = will never admit. The cure is to put VG=E2=80=99s on the elevator and = wing if you wish. Now full control through the stall. I now have $120 = worth of VG=E2=80=99s on my desk to stick on to see the difference. = Just look at www.stolspeed.com and make up your own mind. I have a 13 B which I want to = tear=20 down and rebuild but no PSRU.
I was planning on using a Tracy = built one=20 but that is not possible. Any ideas on possible suitable=20 units.
