>Do you have an O2 sensor, and meter?
I have = Tracy's air=20 fuel gauge. Not sure quite how to interpret it yet.

Middle = ideal. =20 Higher is richer, and lower is leaner.

> Did your engine rebuilder install a high pressure oil relief = valve?
I=20 don't know. He's long gone. How would I find out?

Get a better gauge=20 :-)

>get a better gauge
I did. An expensive westach = quad. It=20 reads 90psi before I start the engine. :(

You can buy better, but = you can't pay=20 more :-)

> place your hand on the radiator tanks. = It will=20 be noticeably hotter
>from the bottom up to where ever the coolant = level=20 is.
It has been totally cold after every short run.

It will be if your = thermostat isn't=20 opening.

>I presume you have the stock oil=20 pressure
>regulator and not one of the high pressure racing = ones.
I=20 hope this is something internal to the engine. I never heard anything = about an=20 oil pressure regulator.

You have to pull the oil = pan to get to=20 it.  I wouldn't worry about it.  Higher pressure isn't bad, = but it=20 will waste just a little HP since we don't really need the higher = pressure at=20 our RPM range.

Does everyone go through this, or is = it just=20 me? John

Just you (kidding)  = :-)
