No.    Do not ignore the decimal point in front of the 47 in the drawing.   Also do not use electrolytic type which have poor high frequency characteristics.  The best suggestion was to go to the dealer and get the original part that came on the engine if your engine didnt have it already.   In a pinch, you can use a distributor points condenser from any of the old Kettering type ignition systems.

if you don't want to get the commercial version specified in the .47uf 250V you can go to any Mazda dealer and get the actual one. My memory is that they are about $14. Go to the parts counter and look at their blow-ups
