It didn't help me Bill but that may only mean I've got other areas to deal with first. Gear leg slot is next for testing. I've got good reason to believe a lot of air is spilling out the slot and coming in the pilot side cabin air.
No time for pictures on Sunday. Weather window was closing rapidly. Nice folks. They are planning a paint shop on field.

Yes, I currently have nothing there and it
is the portion of the cowl after the heat exchangers so I could have air
getting into the cowl behind the spinner and affecting the cooling or I could
have air spilling out from behind the spinner and causing more drag on the
exterior of the plane.
I am surprised that Bobby didn’t see
any result from the seal.
Bill
Sealing off excess air
entering around the spinner?
I have been trying to think of a way to do that! You say it
doesn’t help??
Clark county usually takes a picture and posts
it on their web site. Did they take your picture? The last one on
the site is on Saturday.

[FlyRotary] Just for Fun. What is it?
Last week I finally got a chance to test my new
contraption. No speed increase.
