I bought a DVD of the plans off of eBay. I believe the outfit is out of New Zealand. They were digitized from micro-fiche and I wrote a piece of software to trace the images and convert them to plot points which I then imported into Solid Works.

 

From there I was able to use the "Scale" function to get it down to my aircraft.
