No variation of flow; just a cheap electric leaf blower for power. I'd like to build a cowl simulator around it to experiment with exit ducts but I'm running out of patience & want to get it flying.

I like your Youtube video.  Did you vary the amount of air flow from very low (like taxi) to very high (takeoff/cruise) and check the flow over the face of the duct?  If so, was the flow as even as in the video?
