I actually found these on an air-cooled VW forum. As you can see, the web site is badly neglected, but when I sent him a private message via the VW forum, he responded within a few hours. They are $60 ea in aluminum, and a bit more if for some reason you need steel.

Since I'll have a 'dead end' feed to the engine, like Tracy's 20B, the inclusion of AN-6 fittings was the attention getter for me. Mu intent is to use them on the secondary intake tubes, with the primaries in the stock location. I'm so tight I squeak, but in this case, I couldn't come up with an inexpensive + easy to implement solution for the secondaries.
