Well that's a nice little rumor to foster at least some hope. The closest Mazda dealer here says "No, I haven't heard anything about an RX7 but we've got a great new Mazda 6 blah blah blah ..." Sorry guys ya lost me at SkyActiv. OK, to be fair, I've read that the rotary may be rebranded as Sky-R so technically I guess they lost me at Activ.
Anyhow, I've recently been reminded that the Mayan calendar ends this year and the earth will most likely spin off its axis and hurtle itself into
the sun so I guess in the big scheme of things it really doesn't matter all that much anyway.

Dwayne: If this is any consolation.I have placed a standing order for the first New RX7 coming out in 2014. I own a Mazda and my dealer here in Ft Myers tells me with much certainty that I will get the first one he gets. If it is not a fact then he(dealer) and I(rotary dreamer) are both deceived(poop). We will see.He says he has it on good authority from somewhere deep in the Bowels of corporate Mazda.
