Bill,

I have no idea why it crapped out. It was working fine the day before. I have finger strainers in the tanks and an inline filter (not sure of the mesh size offhand) before the pumps. This filter use to catch a lot of building debris and dust but has been clean of late. I have a big ol canister filter after the pumps and before the injectors.

I have power at the pump but even though the new filter came in today, I will likely swap the auxiliary pumps power to the primary just to verify the power test.

I have heard of problems of running the pumps dry and avoid it, however, I have done do a couple of time unwittingly for a number of seconds. Perhaps the damage was done and it took a while to manifest itself.
