Thanks again to everyone, address to be sent for the giant trophy I' ll gladly pin to my chest, don't forget my partner on the airplane Greg Hover.  Therm is now out, bypass hole to be plugged, before cutting for louvers in the bottom, will add both left & right deflectors to firewall ridge/flange, at bottom of firewall, above air outlet, about 3" on each side of mount, have one in the center aprox. 8" long.   David
