Ed and I are looking into Marion Illinois, it is 1 hr drive north of
Paducah, 2 1/2 hrs drive south of St Louis, nice airport, big apron and hanger
to do a meeting in, close proximity to town etc. Looking into camping on site as
well.
Please feel free to come on by to check this airport out at the
Tandem Wing Fly-in, great breakfast put on by the flying club students in the
SIU aeronautical program!
Tell us what you think, great central USA location for this.
These guys have two 0-200 powered Quikies with Tracy's EC2 and EFI so come
on down and be supportive.

Dear Ed
Could you do me a favor and post it on the rotary forum list
that the fly in for this year is officially canceled ---airport turning into
drag strip.Now on a lighter subject the beer at sun n fun went just about un
consumed now I ask you is that a crime or what.Next year will be better where
planning for next year this year already.Will be starting sams aircraft
sat for 1st time since redoing everything.Hoping to get it ready for sun n fun
next year.Keep in touch.
