I think they were looking for drugs, but they spoke no English and I spoke no Spanish. I must have looked like an idiot flipping through my little English-Spanish dictionary, while they stood all around our jeep with guns. Then we showed them our Canadian passports and they let us go. At least I think they said we could go. So I went. Quickly. It was +30C when we left Ixtapa and 4 hours later it was -30C and a snowstorm when we arrived in Calgary. A bit much even for a winter boy like me. This weekend warmed up to -15C so I figured it was warm enough to go up and work on the plane. Latest report from Tracy has my EM2 almost ready to ship, and I'm making a few changes in the fuel system, so I'm hoping to be back in the air with all updates around March 1st, so hopefully I can give a few reports. Oh yeah, then I'd better get around to getting a pilots license! How's your EM2? Any comments for us? Please don't try to weld it into the RV3 - just use a few screws :-) S.
