Measured inside bolt holes of my flywheel at 3.448, outside bolt holes at 4.270..........

total of 7.718 divided by 2 equals 3.859 bolt circle by my measurements...........

My counterweight measures 3.068 inches with my Harbor freight digital caliper

Or a flex plate, might be easier to measure on that.
