I'm using a MegaSquirt ECU which has the ability to time the injectors. I would have to set it up to open the injector just after the leading apex seal passed the opening. The injector would have to be finished spraying before the chamber closes. For most of the injection event, the injector would be spraying into a partial vacuum. If there is a lot of back pressure, tuning so the injectors spray longer will fix that.
