I have a squirrel cage fan for a furnace that I can use to provide forced=
 air for my heat exchangers.

I've got a centrifugal fan blowing in the oil cooler duct, and the output=
 of a shop-vac blowing in one of the two radiator ducts. The oil temp rise=
s slow; at least, much slower than the water. It should get better with th=
e second radiator installed, but I get about 15 minutes of run time before=
 I hit my redline of 200*. Then I can shut down, but leave the electric wa=
ter pump going. With the fan still blowing, the temps drop about as fast=
